Services
Your insurance coverage can typically be used for any expenses ordered for outside of the clinic (like lab work, bone density, imaging, referrals). Direct Integrative Health of Hot Springs is not in-network with third-party payers. Insurance companies do not reimburse for the amount of time (both in clinic and out) that is required for appropriate and personalized management of your health concerns. You may use HSA, FSA, cash and credit for our services.
Pay As You Go
Initial Consultation of 60 minutes. $300. (Lab orders will be placed through our third party lab.)
Follow-Up Visit of 30 minutes, Personalized Plan management for hormones and health. Initial prescription orders placed, if needed. Dr Rice shares plan with your PCP. Specialist referrals, as needed. $200 per visit
Telehealth Visit of 15 minutes. $50 each
Quarterly Comprehensive Plan review/ followup (at least every 3 months). $200
Membership
$500 introductory fee for comprehensive women’s health evaluation and care plan development then
$75 per month (first month pro-rated at time of joining).

Monthly Group Meetings with Dr Rice via video chat re: relevant medical and lifestyle topics. Q&A session with members. Occasional specialist guests. Included
Monthly E-mailed Newsletter on relevant topics, learning points of the month from Dr. Rice, notice of upcoming events. Included
Resource Access to online links, education sources, and Dr Rice’s videos, writings. Included
Priority appointments for members. Included
